Fun & Free Self-Care Activities
I challenge you to take some time for yourself this week and do some fun and free Self-Care activities!
❤️ Clean up and organize your place. It may not seem like a lot of fun, but it’ll help you clear your mind. Plus, decluttering will get rid of unnecessary things and have you ready for work in no time!
🧡Treat yourself to a relaxing bath with Epsom salts and candles. This will uplift your mood and relax your muscles.
💛 Take care of your skin by amping up your skincare moisturizer routine, take a few extra minutes and give yourself a massage.
💚Go for a walk or a sprint to help invigorate your body and burn off some stress.
💙Drink some caffeine free tea or some hot water with ginger or lemon before bed to help calm your body and mind to prepare for a fabulous night’s sleep
💜Sit in the sun and soak up some vitamin D. (In order to get the vitamin D, no sunscreen – don’t stay out too long)
❤️Spend some time away from social media to give yourself a break.
🧡Organize what you need for your workday the night before. (clothes, supplies, etc.).
💛Spend some time alone and meditate. Isolation gives you the chance to self-reflect and sorts out your priorities.
💚Allow yourself some time to pen down your thoughts and feelings in a journal. Writing is a great way to de-stress.
💙Cook yourself a healthy (and delicious) meal. Make some smoothies early morning to kickstart your day.
💜Go on a hike and enjoy the great outdoors!
❤️Give yourself a spa treatment. Choose a recipe of honey and avocado or olive oil, strawberry and yogurt, or cucumber and yogurt. Blitz it in your blender, or smoosh together. Apply and enjoy!
🧡Talk it out with your loved ones if you feel overwhelmed with stress.
💛Allow yourself to indulge in your favorite foods!
